Dear Clovis High School Instrumental Music Families,
A few months ago, the Clovis High School Instrumental Music Program had to quickly change direction in the field of music education and we took the plunge into a virtual teaching and performing scenario. Our students have been incredible in adapting to change and it is a testament to their dedication to themselves and music education. We would like to say THANK YOU for all your support. As they say in show business, The Show Must Go On! Over the past few months, we have done just that, creating a virtual journey. Our music ensembles have continued to play and our guard has continued to spin. Our Clovis community has stayed connected to us, even in a year like this. Your continued commitment to excellence is one of our program’s strongest assets, and we are incredibly grateful that we can count on you to help us continue to provide the best music education to our community.
Thanks to generous supporters like you, our nonprofit program continues to flourish to serve so many wonderful students. Our music program serves our award-winning pageantry ensembles, concert bands, string ensembles, jazz bands, our dance/color guard programs, the Clovis Music Academy (Into the Blue, Blue Diddles, Youth Elementary Band and Strings) and helps foster growth and assistance with our Clovis Area feeder schools. Our program is well-positioned to get through this tough year, however we must be ready for our full return. Our goal and motto has always been “to enrich and change the lives of students through the arts, one child at a time.”
Our program will soon face a bigger challenge as we prepare to return in 2021. During this time, we are asking for you to consider making a monetary donation gift today! Your generous, tax deductible gift will be help ensure the wellness and security of the Clovis High Instrumental Music Program. Even a $10 tax deductible donation goes a long way in supporting the many students we serve in our community. During our Season of Giving Campaign, we are asking for all of you to help ensure the future of this program and to donate what you can.
